A battery RFQ that a supplier can evaluate

Battery sourcing needs both the electrical duty and the physical pack definition. Charging, transport and stock handling cannot be inferred from capacity alone.

The purchasing decision

State chemistry, configuration, energy, connectors and required pack dimensions. Ask for model-specific documentation and the compatible charging workflow. Treat shipping configuration and destination as separate quote inputs rather than assuming every pack can follow the same route.

Keep these records

  1. Pack model and energy.
  2. Aircraft and charger interfaces.
  3. Required transport-document review.

Give each record an owner and a revision or date. If a supplier proposes a different part or test condition, record it as an exception for review before treating the quotation as equivalent.

Turn the review into a sourcing request

Start with the linked component checklist, add the actual platform and part identity, and state quantity, destination and timing. List unresolved requirements explicitly so the first discussion can focus on those gaps.
